I think everyone was surprised with lowell's performace last year. anyone who sais they thought he was gonna is not telling the truth
what can we expect out o fhim this year though? can we expect the same production. the glove will be there but im not sure about his hitting. hes getting old and i dont think he will be as hott as last year.
and if he sucks what are our options at third?

I bet he'll do solid. Something like 15 homers and 70 rbi's is what I expect. Do we still have Carlos Pena? Because we could always move Youk to third and Pena to first if we need to.

Carlos Pena is not a starter.
I do not think lowell will come close to his numbers last year. He slowed down in the second half of the year and if you didnt notice the only reason he was getting all of the doubles is because he doesnt have the power he used to have. I think we need to look in the market for a backup plan when lowell burns out.

Nonsense, Nick. Old?
He's 32, just enterring the prime of his career. He'll be fine. If anything we should expect him to exceed last year's numbers.

Carlos Pena is 28 years old and hit 27 homers 2 years ago, had 18 the year before, and had 18 last year in 260 at bats. All of those were with the Tigers. He could break out with playing time.

We should get 30 starters. Remember how last year we were gonna have a surplus of starters? JULIAN TAVAREZ WAS STARTING FOR US AT THE END OF THE YEAR.

Yeah, but they started off at like, 0 on my scale. Tavarez was playing awful, and was at like, -5, which is why I mentioned him. But yeah, KYLE SNYDER AND KASON GABBARD.
