on the halftime show they had the commish of mls on and he said there trying to make a rule that everyteam can sign one player from europe and it wont effect the salary cap or to raise the salary cap to bring in better players or something along those lines.

every team has equal opportunity. the salary cap in the mls is like 2 mill. there saying they want to waive that for one player per team, meaning everyone has the same chance. idk where that money is coming from, but it doesnt matter.
